According to the confirmation by CDC, Zika could spread through sex, especially on travelling to a place where Zika broke out, a person having this the virus can transmit the virus to the sex partner who did not go. As per CDC, “Individuals who are infected with this virus might possibly transmit the bacteria to their partner of sex even the signs of Zika were not shown in them.
In 1947, Zika virus was first identified in Uganda. The mosquito that carries dengue fever, yellow fever and chikungunya virus are also responsible for the transmission of Zika Virus. The virus is passed from an infected person to other people through a mosquito bite. Until 2007, these outbreaks did not occur outside of Africa, and then it spreads to the South Pacific.
